My name is Maria Georgiou and I started my freelance editing business in 2024 in Cyprus.

     Past experience

  • I have an BA in English Language and Literature specializing in the Anglophone Literature and Cultural Studies track from the University of Cyprus.

  • I love reading romance books. (I wouldn't be a romance editor if I didn't like reading books). I especially love reading contemporary romance, romantic suspense and paranormal stories.
  • I love watching series and movies. I especially love watching romantic comedies and murder mystery series.
  •  I love listening to pop music.
  • I enjoy walking early in the morning.
